Non-governmental organization “Ednannia: Initiative Centre to Support Social Action” (herein after, Ednannia) wishes to engage the services of an audit firm for the purpose of auditing Ednannia’s General Purpose Financial Statements for the period from January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2014, and the Report on the Receipt and Use of Funds for the period November 1, 2013 – to May 1, 2015. The audit shall be carried out in accordance with international audit standards issued by international audit standards issued by International Auditing and Assurances Standards Board (IAASB). The audit shall be carried out by an external, independent and qualified auditor.
To participate in the tender, the interested organizations shall submit the following:
1. Letter of interest that should contain the name of the organization, address, contact information (telephone/fax, e-mail, webpage address), full name of the organization’s manager, bear a signature of the manager and a seal;
2. Copies of registration documents;
3. Estimate of the entire scope of works in hryvnia (indicating the rate per hour);
4. Technical note that should contain validated information about the experience in conducting financial audit of Ukrainian non-government organizations and qualified staff in conformity with the requirements of the Terms of Reference (including copies of the certificates verifying auditors’ qualifications), as well as an action plan.
The written documents should be sent to the e-mail address office@ednannia.ua The subject of the letter should read as follows: CS_A_2015 and a short name of the organization making an application.
Deadline for submitting offers is July 18, 2015 till 23.59 Kiev time. The applications submitted after the aforesaid deadline is not provided for consideration of the tender committee.
The decision of the Ednannia tender committee will be made by July 22, 2015. All organizations that submitted their offers to the Ednannia within the specified deadlines will be informed of the made decision.
The audit should start no later than July 27, 2015. The results of the audit should be made available to the Ednannia no later than August 27, 2015.

Громадська організація «Ініціативний центр сприяння активності та розвитку громадського почину «Єднання» (скорочено ІСАР «Єднання») оголошує тендер на пошук аудиторської компанії для проведення фінансового аудиту ІСАР «Єднання» за період з 1 січня 2014 року по 31 грудня 2014 року та підготовки аудиторського звіту за використання отриманих коштів в період з 1 листопада 2014 року по 1 травня 2015 року. Аудит має бути проведений у відповідності до міжнародних стандартів аудиту, встановлених Радою з міжнародних стандартів аудиту та підтвердження достовірності інформації (IAASB). Аудит має бути проведений зовнішнім, незалежним, кваліфікованим аудитором.
Для участі у тендері зацікавлені організації мають подати наступні документи:
1. Лист зацікавленості, в якому зазначені назва організації, адреса, контактна інформація (телефон, факс, e-mail, адреса Інтернет-сайту), прізвище, ім’я та по-батькові керівника організації. Лист має бути підписаний керівником організації та пропечатаний печаткою організації;
2. Копії реєстраційних документів;
3. Комерційну пропозицію в гривнях за повний обсяг робіт з вказанням вартості робочої години.
4. Технічна пропозиція має містити підтверджену інформацію про досвід проведення фінансових аудитів українських неприбуткових організацій та кваліфікацію персоналу у відповідності до вимог Технічного завдання (включаючи копії сертифікатів, які підтверджують кваліфікацію аудиторів), та часові рамки проведення аудиту.
Документи мають бути надіслані на адресу електронної пошти office@ednannia.ua. В темі листа має бути позначено: CS_A_2015 та вказана коротка назва організації, яка подає на тендер.
Термін подання пропозицій на тендер 18 липня 2015 року, 23.59 за Київським часом. Заявки, які подані пізніше, розглядатися не будуть.
Рішення тендерної комісії ІСАР «Єднання» буде оголошено 22 липня 2015 року. Усі організації, які надали тендерні пропозиції у зазначені терміни, будуть повідомлені про прийняті рішення.
Аудит має початися не пізніше 27 липня 2015 року. Результати аудиту мають бути представлені ІСАР «Єднання» не пізніше 31 серпня 2015 року.
