Andrii’s activities in civic sector began from the renewal of the scout movement in Ukraine after the Soviet Union collapse, development of volunteer movement and civic education. He coordinated numerous international programs aimed at youth development, strengthening of youth organizations’ capabilities and implementation of youth initiatives. Starting from 2005 and until now, Andrii has worked for SALTO EECA, the organization that grants unique opportunities for enhancement of youth organizations’ capabilities and develops intersectoral cooperation with the purpose of increasing the influence of non-governmental organizations over the formation of youth policy in the countries of its presence.

Member of the advisory board of the EU-Coe Youth Partnership and member of the “Tools for Learning” working group.

Andrii has been a board member of ISAR ‘Ednannia’ since 2013 and the Chairperson since 2016.

Igor Todorov, professor of the department of international politics, public communications and regional studies of Uzhgorod National University
Since his birth and until 2014, he lived in Donetsk, was a professor at the Donetsk National University. The theme of the doctoral dissertation is "European and Euro-Atlantic Integration of Ukraine: National and Regional Dimensions (1991-2004)". Due to the Russian military aggression, it was forced to leave occupied Donetsk and now lives in Uzhgorod.

Director of the Center for International Security and Euro-Atlantic Integration and Head of the Information Center of the European Union at UzhNU. Deputy Chairman of the Coordinating Council of the All-Ukrainian Public League "Ukraine-NATO". Head of the Section for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration of Ukraine "Ukrainian Association of European Studies".

Igor has been a board member of ISAR ‘Ednannia’ since 2016.
