Natalia KAMINARSKA, executive director of Donors Forum (Russian Federation)

Graduated from Moscow state pedagogical university, got her Master’s degree in economics from Moscow International University. Natalia had an internship in the Center for Philanthropy and Civil Society of the City University of New York. Worked in Charities Aid Foundation, where she led a project on support of creation of city charitable funds in Russia. Natalia has been developing the Donors Forum since 2001, which is a coalition of grant organizations uniting leading Russian and international donor structures that operate in Russia.

Member of the governing council of the World Wide Initiative for Grantmakers Support, member of the committee on network cooperation of the European Foundation Centre, and member of the Central and Eastern European Network for Responsible Giving (CEENERGI).

Natalia has been the Chairperson of the Board of ISAR ‘Ednannia’ since 2013.

Andrii Palvovych, coordinator of SALTO Eastern Europe and Caucasus Resource Centre (Poland)

Andrii’s activities in civic sector began from renewal of the scout movement in Ukraine after the Soviet Union collapse, development of volunteer movement and civic education. He coordinated numerous international programs aimed at youth development, strengthening of youth organizations’ capabilities and implementation of youth initiatives. Starting from 2005 and until now, Andrii has worked for SALTO EECA, the organization that grants unique opportunities for enhancement of youth organizations’ capabilities and develops intersectoral cooperation with the purpose of increasing the influence of non-governmental organizations over formation of youth policy in the countries of its presence.

Member of the advisory board of the EU-Coe Youth Partnership and member of the “Tools for Learning” working group.

Andrii has been a board member of ISAR ‘Ednannia’ since 2013.
