Andriy Pavlovych, SALTO Eastern Europe and Caucasus Resource Center Coordinator Started his work in the civil society sector by revitalizing the scouting movement in Ukraine after the collapse of the Soviet Union and by developing volunteer and civic education initiatives. Since 2005, Andriy has been professionally involved with SALTO (Support, Advanced Learning, and Training Opportunities) EECA providing unique opportunities to strengthen the capacity of youth organizations and fosters cross-sectoral cooperation to enhance the impact of civil society organizations on shaping youth policy in its regions of operation. He also serves as a member of the Advisory Committee of the European Union - Council of Europe Youth Partnership and the Tools for Learning Working Group. Since 2013 Andriy has been an ISAR Ednannia’s Board member and since 2016 its Chairperson.

Boris Strecansky, Senior Expert at the Center for Philanthropy (Slovak Republic) Boris’s professional interests focus on civil society in post-communist countries development, with a particular emphasis on strengthening the role of community foundations as a tool for strategic philanthropy. He is involved in developing educational programs for community foundations across Europe as part of the European Community Foundation Initiative (ECFI). Boris has been an ISAR Ednannia’s Board member since 2013.

Igor Todorov, Professor at the Department of International Politics, Public Communications and Regional Research at Uzhhorod National University From birth until 2014, Igor lived in Donetsk, where he served as a professor at Donetsk National University. His doctoral dissertation themed European and Euro-Atlantic Integration of Ukraine: National and Regional Dimensions (1991-2004). Due to the Russian military aggression, Igor moved from occupied Donetsk and now resides in Uzhhorod. Igor is the Director of the Center for International Security and Euro-Atlantic Integration and the Head of the EU Information Center at Uzhhorod National University. Additionally, he serves as Deputy Chairperson of the Coordinating Council of the All-Ukrainian Public League "Ukraine-NATO" and Chairperson of the section on European and Euro-Atlantic Integration of Ukraine within the Ukrainian European Studies Association. Igor has been an ISAR Ednannia’s Board member since 2016.
