Your safety and comfort are our top priorities. In case of an air raid alert, please follow these instructions:
Stay calm. Forum organizers will assist you in reaching the shelter quickly and safely.
Maintain order. Avoid panic, stay attentive, and, if possible, assist other participants, especially those, who may need support.
Route to the shelter. In case of an air raid alert, you should leave the premises of Mystetskyi Arsenal and proceed to the shelter. Staying inside Mystetskyi Arsenal during an air raid alert is prohibited. The route to the shelter is via the street (approximately 50 meters). Please consider this when evacuating, and decide whether to collect your belongings from the cloakroom. Note: the shelter is warm.

Stay updated via Telegram. Follow updates on the Forum’s Telegram channel.
After the alert ends, returning to Mystetskyi Arsenal will be organized after the “All Clear” signal. The Forum will resume according to the agenda. If the alert lasts more than one and a half hours, activities will continue according to the closest time slot in the schedule.
