The ISAR Ednannia at the Civil Society Home gathered civil society organizations (CSOs) and experts from the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers and the Ministry of Social Policy to discuss key issues and opportunities in delivering social services. The discussions focused on challenges during registration in the provider registry and the selection of social service providers, difficulties in administering services, and ways to enhance the efficiency of CSOs' operations.

Participants emphasized the importance of transparent communication within communities to make people aware of available services and access the help they need. They also discussed the working conditions of CSOs and municipal institutions as providers of social services. Participants shared successful examples of cooperation between civil society and local authorities, promoting initiatives with positive results that could be repeated in other communities.

The discussion resulted in the proposals developed for the draft Action Plan to the National Strategy for Promoting Civil Society Development in 2025 – 2026 encouraging CSOs' participation in providing social services. The Cabinet of Ministers' Secretariat and the Ministry of Social Policy will receive these proposals for consideration.

Once again, ISAR Ednannia's Civil Society Home became a platform for uniting efforts within the civic sector. Increasing the number of CSOs as social service providers and improving the conditions for their involvement remain the primary goals and ISAR Ednannia will continue to organize such events. Stay tuned to our news to be the first to learn about new opportunities and join exciting discussions.
