The threat to democracy in Ukraine during war times is one of the greatest challenges we face today. How can we preserve fundamental democratic principles during a state of emergency and wartime?
We are pleased to welcome Valerii Pekar, a Ukrainian entrepreneur, publicist, lecturer, and civil society advocate, to the XIII Civil Society Development Forum (with) STAND to discuss this.
Valerii Pekar teaches at the Kyiv-Mohyla Business School and the Lviv Business School of the Ukrainian Catholic University and is the president of Euroindex. He has written numerous articles on management, marketing, and information technologies and is the author of the monograph Colorful Management: The Evolution of Thinking, Leadership, and Management.
Valerii Pekar will participate in the panel discussion Doomed to Democracy: How Ukraine Stays Committed to Be a Free State Despite the War, organized in partnership with Ukrainska Pravda and the UP Club.
Don't miss the chance to discuss the threats to democratic rights and freedoms during wartime and how these challenges might affect Ukraine's future.
We look forward to seeing you at the Forum on December 5!
