ISAR Ednannia hosted the Third Organizational Development School under the SOLVE: Strengthening Organizations for Long-Term Impact Project, supported by Save the Children and the Humanitarian Leadership Academy (HLA).
Over three days, participants learned about monitoring, evaluation, and external and internal communications. They practiced innovative approaches, exchanged experiences, and worked alongside seasoned trainers. Together, they explored MEAL principles (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning), created project logical frameworks, identified success indicators, planned effective communication campaigns, developed internal guidelines, and learned strategies for working within coalitions and consortia.
Each school day consisted of interactive tasks, lively discussions, and inspiration. It was more than just training — a space where new ideas, partnerships, and strategies were born, destined to transform participants' organizations.
The Third School marked another step toward building a strong, effective, and impactful civil society.
