On March 3-5, 2025, we conducted the Fourth Organizational Development School in Kyiv as part of the SOLVE: Strengthening Organizations for Long-Term Impact Project, implemented by ISAR Ednannia with support from Save the Children and the Humanitarian Leadership Academy.
Over three days, along with professional trainers − organizational development expert Olena Matviichuk and the founder of the Your Support Charitable Foundation Valeria Tatarchuk − participants learned how to build effective team communication and maintain motivation. They explored HR management methods, team-building strategies, and techniques to prevent burnout.
The event provided an excellent opportunity for experience exchange, discovering new solutions, and strengthening the organizational capacity of Ukrainian civil society initiatives.
