ISAR Ednannia prepared the CSO Meter 2024 report, analyzing the conditions for civil society organizations in Ukraine. The overall assessment stands at 4.7 points out of 7 possible.
The CSO Meter is a unique tool for monitoring and evaluating the environment in which civil society organizations operate in Ukraine and other Eastern Partnership countries. The study is based on international standards and provides an assessment of legal frameworks and their practical implementation.
The report includes a summary of key events in 2024, a detailed analysis of each of the 11 sectors, measuring both legislation and practice, and a list of priorities for 2025, developed based on the report’s findings.
