As part of the Youth Potential Development in Western Ukraine Program, ISAR Ednannia, in partnership with UNICEF Ukraine, has opened 10 new youth centers and renovated two existing ones in the Lviv, Volyn, and Zakarpattia oblasts.
Thanks to our joint efforts:
- The Program contributed UAH 13.1 million towards renovations and programming.
- Local communities invested more than UAH 13.7 million.
- Over 21,000 young people have already participated in activities hosted by these youth centers.
This means that for every hryvnia invested by the Program, communities contributed more than one hryvnia of their funding. It also means new opportunities for engagement, education, support, and development for youth across 12 communities.
All newly created and renovated youth centers are municipally owned, and the communities will maintain their ongoing operations. Because we believe youth centers should be hubs of leadership, initiative, and hope for the future, ISAR Ednannia extends heartfelt thanks to our partners and communities for their collaboration and inspiration.
The Youth Potential Development in Western Ukraine Program is implemented by ISAR Ednannia in partnership with implementation partners, with financial support from UNICEF, the Governments of Japan and the Kingdom of Norway, and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) through the KfW Development Bank.
