On April 8-10, ISAR Ednannia Culture of Philanthropy Development Program Director Olga Nikolska participated in a gathering of Community Foundation support organizations practitioners Infrastructures for the Future. The event brought together representatives from five continents − from Chile to New Zealand, from Ukraine to Kenya.
During these three days, participants discussed various topics related to community philanthropy, including, but not limited to, incubating and capacitating Community Foundations, resourcing and empowering them to become better suited for their communities, and planning for a better future for our children to live in.
"To find yourself surrounded by people from all over the world having the same mindset as you are precious. To be able to look into the future together and plan how to get there is priceless", said Olga Nikolska.
We are grateful to Charles Stewart Mott Foundation for supporting such an event, Inspire and Alina Porumb for organizing this platform for global experience exchange.
