We are pleased to announce the winners of the first wave of the Grant competition on Advocacy Support to Strengthen the Role and Impact of Civil Society.
This competition is held within the framework of the Norwegian-Swedish Askold and Dir Fund, operating under the Strong Civil Society of Ukraine – a Driver Towards Reforms and Democracy Project, implemented by ISAR Ednannia and funded by Norway and Sweden.
The competition aims to support civil society organizations committed to systemic change and ready to engage in advocacy campaigns at the local or national level in the areas of recovery, democracy-building, and reform support.
Fund received 140 project proposals for the first wave, and the independent selection committee reviewed all applications. Based on the evaluation results, 27 organizations have been selected.
- 7 organizations were selected for the focus area – Improving the Legal Environment for Civil Society.
- 20 organizations were selected under the focus area – Institutional Support for CSOs Engaged in Advocacy Activities
