ISAR Ednannia, together with the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine and with the support of UNDP Ukraine, held the event on Dialogue Meeting: Youth Resilience Policy on 25-26 September in Kyiv as part of the development of the new State Targeted Social Program Youth of Ukraine: Generation of Resilience – 2030.
Sixty participants from across Ukraine attended the meeting, including deputy heads of civil-military administrations, heads of structural units from all oblasts of Ukraine, representatives of oblast youth councils, and the leadership of the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
During the meeting, participants heard about the vision and content of the draft State Targeted Social Program Youth of Ukraine: Generation of Resilience – 2030, the plans and priorities of the All-Ukrainian Youth Center and the Ukrainian Youth Foundation, and the results of a survey on the needs and status of youth centers and spaces in Ukraine in 2025.
Attendees had an open conversation with Uliana Tokarieva, Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports, asked questions, and jointly discussed challenges, explored possible solutions, and considered ways to strengthen cooperation between national and regional levels to achieve the common goals and objectives of the new State Targeted Social Program Youth of Ukraine: Generation of Resilience – 2030.
This meeting also provided an opportunity to present mechanisms and discuss the implementation details of the state programs Youth Worker, MIST, and VidNOVA:UA. Participants developed proposals for activities to be included in the new State Targeted Social Program Youth of Ukraine: Generation of Resilience – 2030.

The meeting was held within the framework of developing the State Targeted Social Program Youth of Ukraine 2026–2030.
