Ukraine stands on trust and on the actions of people who are ready to act. Civic mobilization has become the force that unites Ukrainians across the country and shapes our voice in the world.
When civil society speaks directly with international partners, supports, and explains, it creates the diplomacy of trust — a new level of Ukraine’s presence in the global arena. This is not diplomacy in the narrow sense, but about hundreds of thousands of people who represent Ukraine every day through their work, initiatives, culture, and partnerships.
How is a country’s international reputation built through people’s joint action? What role do civil society organizations, volunteers, artists, diaspora communities, and activists play in this process? And how does trust become part of a nation’s foreign policy?
These questions will be explored by Pavlo Klimkin, diplomat and former Minister of Foreign Affairs, who has been building bridges between Ukraine and the world for decades, during the XIV Civil Society Forum.
You can register for the Forum at the link until November 22.
