Ethics often appear to be something ‘peaceful’, yet in wartime it becomes an instrument of resilience. Where does trust between sectors come from? How does integrity support both defense and recovery? And what keeps systems functioning when institutions are overstretched?

These are the questions we will explore during the panel discussion on Ethics of Cross-Sector Cooperation at the XIV Civil Society Forum on December 5.

Panelists:

  • Natalia Yakymets, PhD, MBA, expert and researcher in business ethics and ethical leadership, lecturer at the Business School of the Ukrainian Catholic University.
  • Oleksandra Liashenko, Doctor of Economic Sciences, researcher, founder of the Security Thinking Project, expert in adult education.
  • Oleksandr Batalov, veteran, participant of international communications in Davos, Munich, and the United States; Ambassador of the Armed Forces Blood Center; instructor in military studies within the Zminotvortsi project.

Dmytro Yakymets, Head of the Inshyi Pidhid NGO, ESG Manager at EPAM Ukraine, and expert in organizational development, will moderate the discussion.
