Oksana Zabuzhko is a prominent Ukrainian writer whose voice has been shaping and transforming Ukrainian culture for many years. She speaks about what truly hurts: trauma, dignity, memory, and responsibility, without avoiding the difficult topics many prefer to look away from.
On 5 December, at the XIV Civil Society Forum, Oksana will give a lecture on Rewriting Grand Narratives: On the Power of Words, or How We Should Speak About Our War.
After the lecture, from 11:30 to 12:00, there will be a book signing session. Next to the Lecture Hall, the Komora Books stand will be open, where you may purchase Zabuzhko’s books and receive her autograph.
So make sure to stop by – to take with you not only the impressions from the lecture, but also a book that will continue this conversation on your own bookshelf.
Participant registration (until 30 November).
Media registration (until 1 December).
