War tests us harshly. The challenge is not just how to withstand, but how to stand firm, maintain dignity, not break internally, and not lose ourselves amidst the chaos. Over these years, we have learned a lot about the human psyche, community, and what keeps us on our feet.
How do we remain resilient? What provides support for our loved ones? What solutions are already working, and how can we make them accessible to all Ukrainians?
We will discuss this at one of the key discussions in the Mental Health Space within the framework of the XIV Civil Society Forum on December 5. We invite you to the conversation “Psychology of the War Experience: What we have learned about the person and the community?” which will be moderated by TV presenter and coach Nadiya Matveeva.
