Effective youth policy is built through collaboration — between young people, government, civil society, and international partners.

To facilitate this cooperation, the Sectoral Working Group "Youth" operates under the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine. Established by a Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Group coordinates international support for youth policy and helps align shared priorities among all stakeholders.

Earlier this week, the Sectoral Working Group "Youth" held its latest meeting at the Civil Society Home.

Participants discussed the key findings of the Annual Report on the Situation of Youth in Ukraine (2022–2025), support for young people affected by the war, the digitalization of youth policy, as well as other priority areas for the sector.

One of the Ministry's key priorities remains the implementation of the EU Youth Guarantee initiative, which helps young people access employment, further education, traineeships, or vocational training. As part of this initiative, ISAR Ednannia, with the support of UNICEF Ukraine, provides the Ministry with technical and expert assistance and contributes to the research needed for its implementation.

We value our contribution to implementing this important initiative, as well as our participation in the Sectoral Working Group "Youth". We believe that strong cooperation between government, civil society, and international partners is essential to creating more opportunities for young people across Ukraine.
