On July 17–19, 2026, Kyiv hosted the first module of a training programme aimed at strengthening the resilience and organizational capacity of women's organizations. The training took place within the framework of the Project "Women's Voice and Leadership: New Power," implemented by Ukrainian Women's Fund with the support of Government of Canada through Global Affairs Canada.

Opening remarks were delivered by:

Next, Nataliia Klymova, Deputy Executive Director of ISAR Ednannia, shared practical approaches to building an effective organizational structure, distributing roles and responsibilities, and ensuring transparency and accountability in organizational operations.

On the following days, participants learned about project management, monitoring and evaluation of civil society organizations' activities, as well as the risks organizations may face — a topic presented by Olha Malikhatko.
