Grant Competition Results and Project Highlights
The Recovery and Development Consultants Training Program Launches
Ukrainian recovery is not only about infrastructure. Above all, it is about people, communities, and partnerships. We believe that change begins with those who are ready to take responsibility, collaborate with others, and implement sustainable solutions.
Recovery and Development Consultants is a training program designed to deepen participants’ understanding of recovery and community development processes, master project management and participatory facilitation, foster partnerships between authorities and civil society, and implement innovations and European approaches.
Our goal is to build a community of consultants, professionals who will become trusted partners to communities, helping to design and implement meaningful change.
More about the training program, its requirements, opportunities, training, and selection process.
Registration for the 1st wave of the training program (in Ukrainian) is open until 12:00 PM on August 12, 2025.
Strategic Partners of the EU Unity4Community Project
Following a thorough selection process, we are pleased to announce our strategic partners in three key areas:
➡️ Recovery: Your Support Charitable Foundation will work on strengthening local CSOs in affected oblasts, providing training and support for initiatives aimed at social recovery and community cohesion.
➡️ Reforms: We Build Ukraine think tank will expand civil society organizations’ participation in the development and implementation of local development strategies, promoting more active citizen engagement in decision-making processes.
➡️ European Integration: All-Ukrainian Association of Local Governments «Association of Amalgamated Territorial Communities» will focus on enhancing collaboration between CSOs and local authorities and implementing European standards and practices for effective community recovery.
This partnership is a new phase of the project and a real opportunity to provide local CSOs with the tools and knowledge they need to work even more effectively at the local level.

About the Project
ISAR Ednannia is launching a three-year initiative, Unity for Community Project (EU Unity4Community), with the support of the European Union, our strategic partner.
Despite the challenges of war and global uncertainty, Ukrainian civil society continues to evolve, inspire change, learn, and educate. It serves as a unifying force to achieve our ambitious goal, which has been pursued since 2013 on the streets and the frontlines: becoming an equal and influential partner within the European community of nations. This project offers civil society the opportunity to drive the transformative changes Ukraine needs to fulfill its aspirations of EU membership.
What does this mean in practice? The project will help communities unite to address common challenges, fostering trust between civil society, authorities, and residents. Real change begins when a community works together. It is about open dialogue and partnerships that pave the way for building a European Ukraine.
Opportunities offered by the project:
- Training: Participation in the comprehensive Recovery and Development Consultants program for 300 leaders from the civil sector and local authorities. This program will equip them with practical knowledge for effective community development.
- Grants: Support for research, reforms, monitoring initiatives, the creation of Unity Points within communities, and projects that implement European standards at the local level.
- Analytics: In-depth research and strategic solutions to help communities act effectively and achieve impactful results.
Together, we will create a platform for development where every voice matters and collective decisions form the foundation for Ukraine's European future.
