Resilient Generation is a cluster of youth-focused initiatives led by the ISAR Ednannia to support young people navigating the challenges of war.
These initiatives foster self-reliance and a renewed sense of safety among youth while building critical skills in adaptation, communication, and community engagement.
Key focus areas of the Generation Resilience cluster include:
- Evidence-based youth policy development
Promoting inclusive youth policies grounded in research, the actual needs of young people, and their active participation in decision-making processes. - Strengthening youth infrastructure and professional development
Enhancing youth spaces and providing modern, inclusive training for youth workers, emphasising capacity building and innovative practices. - Building essential life skills
Delivering trainings, mentorships, youth exchanges, and opportunities for creative self-expression and collaboration. - Fostering economic resilience
Equipping young people with skills in entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and project management while supporting initiatives that promote employment and self-employment. - Empowering youth-led and grassroots initiatives
Supporting youth organizations and local groups, particularly in communities heavily affected by the war. - Providing psychosocial support
Offering peer support groups, art-based therapy activities, and educational events to help youth cope with stress, trauma, and loss. - Promoting civic engagement and participation
