Position Duties and Responsibilities:
- Development of a monitoring and evaluation system for sub-grant projects.
- Development of progress indicators.
- Establishment of data collection and verification processes.
- Conducting ongoing monitoring of sub-grant projects, including monitoring visits (at least four visits per month).
- Evaluating the effectiveness of sub-grant project implementation.
- Preparing reports on conducted monitoring and evaluations.
- Taking part in the preparation of the organization's programmatic and annual reports.
Position Requirements:
- Ability to work independently in the monitoring and evaluation sphere.
- Basic skills in statistical analysis or a willingness to quickly acquire them.
- Upper-Intermediate proficiency in English is required and fluency in English is an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of the project cycle and strong skills in project design and management.
- Degree in financial and/or project management is preferred.
- Ability to drive a car and having a Category B driver's license is an advantage.
