Just a few months ago, these were only ideas, drafts, and the anxiety of submitting their first applications.
Behind them are training sessions, collaborative work, problem-solving, and many hours invested in turning their ideas into grant-funded projects.
Out of 19 teams in the first cohort, 11 received support to implement their own initiatives. For many participants, this is their first experience with grant activities, team-based project implementation, and work with civil society initiatives. There is still a lot of work ahead, along with new challenges and small victories, but the most important step has already happened — these teams dared to begin.
